KimmyB®  Everyday Luxuries - Standard Terms and Conditions - The following terms apply for the use of any valid KimmyB® promotional code, as published on social media or via traditional advertising methods. Details below where last reviewed on 11th May 2020. KimmyB® standard terms:

  • Our promotional code can be used for any products ordered online if and when the total order amounts to or exceeds the stated minimum spend required for eligibility. Any limitation to the number of times the code may be used by a single customer, will be published alongside the code. If not stated the default of one use per customer may apply.
  • The code with the larger reduction will be applied only, if both promotions equate to the same reduction value the code with the nearest end date will be used.
  • Each promotional code is valid for a set term, this will be published alongside the promotional code.
  • All sales and promotions are subject to stock availability.
  • If for any reason we cannot accommodate your order requirements following payment, you will be contacted and if a suitable alternative is not found, a full refund will be issued immediately.
  • We cannot provide refunds for orders placed in error or by mistake.
  • You must notify us immediately if you are dissatisfied with your delivered product. As a small business we cannot provide refunds on fulfilled orders. However, we will attempt to remedy the issue by providing a similar replacement product. This is only possible if you have notified us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may ask for photographic evidence of the issue to proceed with any remediation.
  • We will execute all reasonable efforts to satisfactorily resolve a complaint and have a zero tolerance policy towards the abuse of our staff.

KimmyB® 'Sample Box - Tea Lights - Choose your Scents' - Redemption Terms and Conditions, Launched on 7th November 2020. 

The following terms apply to the 'Sample Box - Tea Lights' price redemption offer which was activated on 7th November at 11:00 GMT. When ordering your sample box of 2 tea lights you will be charged £2.50. A notification will be shared with you via Email only once your payment has been processed. This notification will contain a code to redeem the full cost of the sample set (£2.50) against your next online order when spending £10 or more on full price items. This redemption cannot be used on sale items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code. The redemption value cannot be exchanged for cash. We will not issue refunds or exchanges of the sample box. However if you are unhappy with your product you should get in touch with us as soon as possible to advise of the issue using email: contact@kimmyb-everydayluxuries.com - we will endeavour to address your concerns. The code you receive will be linked to the email address you used when purchasing and therefore cannot be shared. The redemption code will expire after 60 days of being issued.

The redemption applies to purchases made online at WWW.KIMMYB-EVERYDAYLUXURIES.COM only, and not at any physical concession. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code, however free postage and shipping will still be available for UK orders over £30.  We reserve the right to withdraw this redemption with 60 days notice issued via our website. Our Standard terms also still apply including:

  • Offer available for all applicable products ordered on our Shopify website only - value cannot be used against another Sample box. 
  • All sales and promotions are subject to stock availability.

KimmyB® 'ADVENT10' - Terms and Conditions, Throughout January 2021

The following terms apply to the 'ADVENT10' discount which is available throughout January 2021 Only. 

  • All standard terms apply for the use of this code.
  • Multiple promotions codes cannot be applied. 
  • Discount code can be applied to all available products ordered on our website only - excluding our Sample Boxes. 
  • Not active for use at any concession.
  • All sales and promotions are subject to stock availability.

KimmyB® Customer Loyalty Card - TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Available since 1st September 2019

The below applies to the use of our KimmyB® Customer Loyalty Card. Loyalty stamps can only be received directly from KimmyB® at one of our planned events (see event calendar for details). We reserve the right to refuse claim of the £10 loyalty reward if we believe the card to be falsified. Loyalty stamps cannot be received from a 3rd party re-seller or any retailers who stock our products. At this time the card is a physical card and requires physical stamps, it is not an online membership card. Stamps cannot be issued retrospectively, they should be claimed upon purchase. A single stamp is provided for each £10 spend, no reward is given for a value less than £10. No change can be issued when claiming your reward. Reward cannot be claimed on already discounted items. Reward can only be claimed on full price items. If you lose your card KimmyB® is not responsible for supplying a replacement with any lost reward stamps. Cannot be redeemed online, only in person when attending an event where KimmyB® is participating in direct sales. All our standard terms apply:

  • Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • We cannot provide refunds for products purchased in error or by mistake.
  • You must notify us immediately if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we can only act on this if notified within 48 hours of your purchase. We may ask for photographic evidence of the fault.

Note from KimmyB on 24th October 2020:

Due to COVID-19 we have not issued any new loyalty cards this year, however when events start up again we will begin to issue them. Any points already accrued are frozen until that time and will be re-activated in 2021 when our events commence again.
