KimmyB®  Everyday Luxuries - Standard Terms and Conditions - The following terms apply for all purchases made via the KimmyB® website and when applying a valid promotional code. Details last reviewed on the 2nd January 2022:

  • We may offer reduced prices on selected stock, these prices will be applicable for online orders only (www.kimmyb-everydayluxuries.com) and not when purchasing via a stockist.
  • There may be a limitation to the number of times a discount code can be used by a single customer. This will usually be published alongside the code, if not stated the code should be assumed as single use per customer (a 'customer' is based on your confirmation email address applied when ordering).
  • There may be a minimum spend associated with the use of any valid promotional code. This will usually be published alongside the code, if not stated you should assume the code has a £10 minimum spend.
  • You will not be able to enter more than 1 promotional code per transaction online, this is including any specific codes issued to you for use with your email address. 
  • Promotional codes cannot be applied to our 'Sample Wax Melt' range. 
  • Each promotional code is valid for a set time, this will be published alongside the promotional code. If in doubt, please contact us directly to confirm end date. 
  • If the end time is not specified alongside the date, please assume this is 23:59 (the end of that calendar day). 
  • As a UK business all times are based on GMT (UTC+0).
  • All sales and promotions are subject to stock availability.
  • If for any reason we cannot accommodate your order requirements following payment, you will be contacted and if a suitable alternative is not available we will issue a full refund.
  • KimmyB® promotional codes are not valid at any of our stockists, they are for use directly on our website only.
  • We cannot guarantee a refund for orders placed in error / by mistake, however if you contact us within 24 hours we will do our best to find a satisfactory outcome. 
  • You must notify us immediately if you are dissatisfied with your delivered product. As a small business, we cannot guarantee refunds on fulfilled orders. However, we will always work to find a satisfactory outcome which may mean issuing a replacement product. However, this is only possible if you have notified us within 24 hours of receiving the product. In order to resolve your dispute, we may ask for photographic evidence of the issue.
  • We will execute all reasonable efforts to satisfactorily resolve a complaint and have a zero tolerance policy towards the abuse of our staff.
  • We operate a fair user policy, if we feel a customer is abusing the use of our discount code policy in any way, we will block their email address from further orders and notify them directly. This is to protect our small business and ensure all our customers have fair access to reduced pricing across all product lines.

Specific Promotion Information

(Note: all promotions are subject to the above standard terms and conditions)

Blue Light Card Holders - 2022 Discount Code. Details updated on 2nd January 2022:

  • Customers who hold a valid Blue Light Card and work in the Emergency Services, NHS or Care Sector are eligible to receive 15% off all online orders through 2022 (orders placed directly at: www.kimmyb-everydayluxuries.com). 
  • To be able to receive this discount, you will need to email us at: contact@kimmyb-everydayluxuries.com - attaching a photo of your valid Blue Light Card, showing clearly your name and the reference number on the card. If approved, the email address used will be registered to our Blue Light Customer discount list for 2022. This will enable you to receive 15% off automatically when checking out with your approved email address. 
  • Once registered to our Blue Light discount user list 2022 - you will automatically receive the discount throughout 2022 (ending 31st December 2022, 23:59)
  • There is no minimum spend, however we have a fair use policy to protect our business - this means you cannot receive more than £100 discount in a single month. If your order means your discount will exceed this amount in a given month, please contact us directly to discuss further. We hope you understand this is to ensure we are able to sustain this model for everyone and navigate through current business volatility. 
  • The offer code can also be used against our Bespoke packages (including personalised candles for weddings and events) and all Gift Sets.
  • The offer will NOT be applicable against our 'Sample Wax Melts'. 
  • We will review this discount towards the end of 2022 and advise if we will continue it for a further year (2023). This decision will depend on the Covid-19 landscape in the UK and our own business situation, including any other offers we are providing. If we do decide to continue the Blue Light Card offer all registered users will need to re-apply with their Blue Light card evidence again. However, we will be sure to notify the existing registered users ahead of time to avoid any interruption as we transition to the new list.

THE FOLLOWING IS NOW CLOSED: KimmyB®  Everyday Luxuries - Christmas 2021 '12 Treats for Christmas Box' Terms and Conditions - The following terms apply for all orders of the KimmyB® '12 treats for Christmas'. Details updated on 24th August 2021:

  • If for any reason we cannot accommodate your order requirements following payment, you will be contacted and if a suitable alternative is not found, a full refund will be issued immediately.
  • Your 'Treat Box' will contain 12 items from the KimmyB range: 7 x 10cl candle tins, 3 x boxes of 6 tea lights, 1 x reed diffuser and 1 x 30 cl boxed candle. 
  • Boxes will be delivered between 15th and 30th November. 
  • Only UK shipping permitted. 
  • You must notify us immediately if you are dissatisfied with your delivered product. As a small business we cannot provide refunds on fulfilled orders. However, we will attempt to remedy the issue by providing a similar replacement product. This is only possible if you have notified us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may ask for photographic evidence of the issue to proceed with any remediation.
  • We will execute all reasonable efforts to satisfactorily resolve a complaint and have a zero tolerance policy towards the abuse of our staff.

THE FOLLOWING IS ON HOLD: KimmyB® Customer Loyalty Card - TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Available since 1st September 2019 - This loyalty scheme was placed 'on hold' on 24th October 2020 due to Covid-19. Reviewed with no change on 2nd January 2022. Note from KimmyB on 24th October 2020 (reviewed on 2nd January 2022, no change presently!): Due to COVID-19 we have not issued any new loyalty cards this year, however when the time is right we will begin to re-issue them. Any points already accrued are frozen until that time and will be re-activated when our events return to normal. The below applies to the use of our KimmyB® Customer Loyalty Card. Loyalty stamps can only be received directly from KimmyB® at one of our planned events (see event calendar for details). We reserve the right to refuse claim of the £10 loyalty reward if we believe the card to be falsified. Loyalty stamps cannot be received from a 3rd party re-seller or any retailers who stock our products. At this time the card is a physical card and requires physical stamps, it is not an online membership card. Stamps cannot be issued retrospectively, they should be claimed upon purchase. A single stamp is provided for each £10 spend, no reward is given for a value less than £10. No change can be issued when claiming your reward. Reward cannot be claimed on already discounted items. Reward can only be claimed on full price items. If you lose your card KimmyB® is not responsible for supplying a replacement with any lost reward stamps. Cannot be redeemed online, only in person when attending an event where KimmyB® is participating in direct sales. All our standard terms apply:

  • Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • We cannot provide refunds for products purchased in error or by mistake.
  • You must notify us immediately if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we can only act on this if notified within 48 hours of your purchase. We may ask for photographic evidence of the fault. 
  • We will execute all reasonable efforts to satisfactorily resolve a complaint and have a zero tolerance policy towards the abuse of our staff.
